Biography
Hina Fazal is a International Visiting Graduate Student (IVGS) at the Centre for Criminology and Sociolegal Studies, University of Toronto. Her research focuses on policing and police violence. She has published in leading peer-reviewed journals, including the Asian Journal of Criminology and the International Journal of Comparative and Applied Criminal Justice, and has presented her work at international conferences in the United States, U.K., Turkey, and Europe. With over eleven years of teaching experience as a Lecturer at Bahauddin Zakariya University, Pakistan, Hina has supervised numerous research projects at both the undergraduate and master’s levels. Her academic contributions reflect a strong commitment to advancing critical discussions on policing and justice in global contexts.
