Biography

Jeffrey is currently a PhD student at the Centre for Criminology & Socio-legal studies. He is interested in exploring the moral duty to civil and uncivil disobedience in the face of injustice. In particular, he would like to research the disparities between the protections under the freedom of assembly and protest policing practices. He is also interested in considering how law enforcement construct the element of hate in hate crime. In his spare time, he forces his friends to watch horror movies with him.
